Dancing with Tricia
Dance classes featuring exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. We dance, we get fit and our energy soars!

Dynamic Stretching with Jeff
Dynamic Stretching begins with an Energizing warm up, then progresses into a series of rhythmic stretches in which you move with some vigour to release body & mind tension while elongating tight muscles. Longer muscles look more toned and have the capacity to store more energy for the days use.
Strength Training with Jeff
After a gentle warm up you will do a series of strength training exercises including core, upper & lower body all designed to maximize your functional strength and rev up your metabolism. You will get lots of great visual and audio cues to keep your form and technique safe and effective. In conclusion a few stretches will be offered.
Ideal for all fitness levels and those who have limited time.


Yoga Core Flow with Tricia
This Yoga class combines challenging conditioning work with strength and flexibility to create a total-body workout. This class will increase overall health, energy, vitality, create a stronger and leaner body, reduce stress, better posture, improve concentration and increase your level of fitness.
Stretch & Relax with Jeff
This class starts with a gentle, standing, warm up then we do a complete body scan to identify troublesome areas. We then go through some mobility exercises, some standing stretches, then a few seated stretches and finally to the floor. With the intention of your deep belly breathing you will begin to release tension from all the chronically tight areas we all have. At the completion you will feel more limber and energized.

Yoga with Jeff
This Hatha based practice with bring about greater focus and strength while becoming one with your breath. Poses are held for 3 to 5 slow controlled breathes before moving on to the next pose. As you become one with your breath you will strengthen your rest & digest system while increasing your energy levels.
