Our Personal Training Sessions are one hour in length. A session is divided into thirty minutes of prescribed cardio followed by thirty minutes of personalized fitness training.
Training sessions are sold in packages of 5 or 20 sessions.
Five, sessions, $169.50 (30.00 / session + hst)
Twenty, sessions, $565.00 (25.00 / session + hst)
Your personal training session will be carefully created based on your individual health history and fitness goals. Exercises may be performed with free weights, stability balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainer and a variety of other tools to enhance your health and function within your daily life!

Your assessment will take about thirty minutes.
We will go over your health history and help lay out specific goals to work towards! As time permits we may complete a few strength or flexibility exercises to allows us to better asses your current fitness level. After completing your complimentary Personal training assessment you can decide if Personal Training is what you need.
