My mindful movement = sun salutations 🌞.
One breath per movement with slow intentional movement. Sun Salutations are perfect flows of movement and breath that incorporate the whole body. When you have finished a few rounds you feel limber, energized and accomplished.
If you have ever taken one of my Yoga classes in person or online, (CLICK HERE to view my online class offerings), you know that sun salutations are in every class I teach. I love them! They act as a great warm up, they can be challenging and if they are the only thing you do in a day you feel like you have done some great movement.
